hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", publishes a Public Offer for the sale of Goods by remote means.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. Public Offer (hereinafter – "Offer") - a public proposal by the Seller, addressed to an indefinite circle of persons, to conclude a contract of sale of goods by remote means (hereinafter - "Agreement") on the terms contained in this Offer, including all Appendices.
1.2. Ordering Goods on the Online Store website – items specified by the Buyer from the assortment of Goods offered for sale, when placing an order for the purchase of Goods on the Online Store website or through the Operator.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Buyer's order of Goods placed on the Online Store website means that the Buyer agrees to all the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The administration of the Online Store website has the right to make changes to the Offer without notifying the Buyer.
2.3. The term of validity of the Offer is not limited, unless otherwise specified on the Online Store website.
2.4. The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and reliable information about the Goods, including information about the main consumer properties of the Goods, place of manufacture, as well as information about the warranty period and shelf life of the Goods on the Online Store website, in the section name of the section.
3. PRICE OF GOODS
3.1. The price for each item of Goods is indicated on the Online Store website.
3.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price for any item of Goods.
3.3. In case of a change in the price of the ordered Goods, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer about the change in the price of the Goods within a certain number of days.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the purchase of the Goods if the price is changed by the Seller after placing the Order.
3.5. The Seller is not allowed to change the price of the Goods paid for by the Buyer.
3.6. The Seller indicates the cost of delivery of the Goods on the website of the Online Store or informs the Buyer when placing an order by the Operator.
3.7. The Buyer's obligations to pay for the Goods are considered fulfilled from the moment the Seller receives the funds.
3.8. Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made by the methods specified on the Online Store's website in the payment section.
4. ORDER PLACEMENT

4.2.1. surname, first name, patronymic of the Buyer or the person designated by them (recipient);
4.2.2. the address to which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery is to the Buyer's address);
4.2.3. email address;
4.2.4. contact phone number.
4.3. The name, quantity, assortment, article number, and price of the Goods selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer's cart on the Online Store's website.
4.4. If the Seller requires additional information, they have the right to request it from the Buyer. In case the Buyer does not provide the necessary information, the Seller is not responsible for the Goods selected by the Buyer.
4.5. When placing an Order through the Operator (clause 4.1. of this Offer), the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in clause 4.2. of this Offer.
4.6. The Buyer's acceptance of the terms of this Offer is carried out by the Buyer entering the relevant data into the registration form on the Online Store's website or when placing an Order through the Operator. After placing an Order through the Operator, the Buyer's data is registered in the Seller's database. By confirming the Order for the selected Goods, the Buyer provides the Operator with the necessary information in accordance with the procedure specified in clause 4.2. of this Offer.
4.7. The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing an Order.
4.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an Order.
4.9. The distance sales contract between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded from the moment the Seller issues the Buyer a cash or sales receipt or other document confirming payment for the Goods.
5. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS TO THE BUYER
The "Seller" delivers goods to all regions of Russia in the following ways: delivery by SDEK transport company to pick-up points or to any location specified by the client, or self-pickup from the "Seller's" store. Delivery conditions depend on the order volume and required deadlines. Please clarify delivery conditions with online store operators when placing an order. The cost of delivery depends on the order amount, weight and volume of the goods, and the chosen transportation method to your city. The final amount is calculated at the time of placing the order. At this stage, the online store operator will answer all questions regarding delivery conditions by calling the hotline indicated on the website. You can also use the SDEK delivery service calculator. Delivery takes 1–5 calendar days from the moment of order. For large purchases, the period may be extended. Delivery time depends on the region, price, and total weight of the order. You need to enter the city name or postal code, and the system will automatically calculate the cost and delivery time. Please note that delivery by a precise deadline, as a rule, occurs 1-2 days later. Delivery of bulky goods, without a paid floor-lifting service, is guaranteed to the entrance, gate, or nearest parking lot. Further movement of the goods is carried out by the buyer. When delivering to a territory with a paid entrance, the buyer pays its cost or the goods are delivered only to the point of paid entrance. Please note: if the driver-expeditor or courier considers the unloading location unsafe (a secluded unlit dead end, a deserted wasteland, etc.), he has the right to ask the buyer to move to a more suitable location. If the buyer categorically refuses to do so, the driver-expeditor or courier has the right to refuse the buyer to receive the goods and then leave the location. We do not deliver to settlements or to the client's address if there is no asphalt road, or if access is impossible due to weather conditions, such as snow drifts, spring thaw, floods, and the like.
